Ground wire and outlets wired into the Blue Sea 5025 fuse box. I am also painting cabinet doors snd accent pieces but they are taking more coats than anticipated. I'll get pictures when they are done and mounted.

Final coat on the cabinet doors is drying. Until then I tried my hand at a door frame. Looked good so I let the 4 year old gorilla glue up the seams.

Ok couldn't resist staying up late and getting the cabinet doors and handles on after the kids were in bed. "Intellectual Grey" meets "Licorice Red."

Ok the jeep tires were a bust. When I bolted them on the inside tire wall was pinned to the frame. Good thing they were free.

My brother wants more photos so here you go Doug. Ok so I started the walls. 3 sheets of foam did the trick for the driver and passenger sides. Gorilla glue leftover from the base and duct tape is holding the pieces together.

I posted this in the foam tools thread but in case you missed it. I bought this hot wire cutter fir $35 and it worked great cutting rough curves that I am bow sanding down. The handle comes out of the base which is mainly how I used it and the wire is 5 inches wide so big enough for two foam boards sandwiched together to make the curves.

I lined the interior with Eucaboard I found at the hardware store. I was going to go with underlayment but this stuff is prefinished and is going to save me a lot of money on paint. The color isn't ideal but I will sacrifice for progress. The cabinets took so many coats of paint to get the color to be clean this seems like the way to go. Plus my skill saw cuts through it pretty quick and easy.

After settling on some display windows I snagged for $25. I built and painted some window frames. Caulked and screwed them together. Finally the windows are going in!

Are those regular plate glass type windows? If so, you might want to put security film or tint film on them. It will help keep dangerous shards of glass out of your bed should one get broken.

I like how you incorporated the bunk ladder. And I like Licorice Red.

The windows are the double paned displays that were no longer being used at a lumber yard. I do like the tint idea.
