Incredible attention to detail, as per usual. Well done Doug!

Brian....the top is a cream yellow YS391 in the Spectramaster PPG book....the green is YS 512. They are just fleet colors, but are close to those colors that Chrysler had in '47. I actually matched the light yellow as closely as I could to the powdercoat that was on the artillery wheels. There is some difference, but since they are so far apart from each other, I don't think it will be noticeable.

Thank you all for the compliments on the build, I"m glad it's done...

Thanks for the reply Doug
We can not wait to see you again, and check out the new trailer in person.
The color map has been all over the living room floor for the pas couple of weeks.
The top color we have come up with is a dark green I had made for a truck we painted for a customer (I loved it in the sunlight!) and it is a close enough match to the powder coating on the Artillery Wheels, that will be hidden by the skirts.
The light color is a pale green that uses the same tinters at the dark green (keeping them in the samr family) just recieved a pint of it to spray out, to see if we like the contrast.
Camping season is only 40 days away for us, and Kermit will not be making that deadline. So MP gets one more trip to Shasta!
Thanks a gain!

Had my maiden voyage on the 2nd week of June....I went up to Fallen Leaf Lake near So. Lake Tahoe to a gathering. There were maybe 50 vintage trailers and tears at it. I am always anxious when dragging a new one down the road. Always hoping that I got the frame geometry correct and that there were going to be no issues. It went perfect! I'm really happy with how this one turned out. It sleeps great and holds heat well overnight. Ice box held plenty of ice for 5 days. Thanks for reading and watching this build as it progressed. Here's the proof it made it. Doug

Another "Doug Craft" beauty. :applause:
Hope to see it some day.
Jane & I thought of you when we passed the signal by Chinese Camp on our way home from Yosemite June, 25th.
Would have called to see if you were home for a short visit, but we had a vacancy come up the end of the month and had to get home to deal with it.
Great job Doug, thanks for sharing.
:D Danny

Beautiful restore. You are a very talented craftsman. If you happened to take any pics of the other vintage trailers at the gathering, it would be awesome to see those too.
