I'll be curious on your paint and interior! Where's the trip after the post-shake-down cruise going to be?

Hi Tony
Much like Miss Piggy the first time out of the driveway, we will turn right and drive to California!
Anything under a couple thousand miles can not be considered as a true "test drive". ;)
We hope to tow the wheels right off of Kermit in the next 5 to 10 years. :R

I made two drawer sides for our computer drawer out of wood too!

 With you and Kermit, when it comes to pictures, it seems to be feast or famine.
Thanks for the Thanksgiving Dinner! T'was a feast for the eyes.

So, we got to see sawdust and metal scraps today.
I hope we see little "Kermie" in the green soon!!!! :D

Brian, nice work & good progress! I like green for a color.

Tony, what's that white stuff on your trailer? I don't recognize it from the picture....

Thanks guys!
I have been putting in some long hours this past couple of weeks, and taking more pictures.
Time is becoming a major motivator! ;)
Worked on completing the basement structure the last two days, and the slide outs fro the privacy (bathroom) tent.

This picture amused me  You may start a new trend with cars having the tongue and coupling sticking out the back, and just the ball on the front of the trailer.

Well. another long week that even makes me worry more about our April deadline.
We managed to log 89 man hours of work on Kermit in the past 7 days....but fell way short of my expectations of what we could get done on it in a full week.
But, I guess progress is still progress ......no matter how slow it seems to happen.
I am even more determined now!

The Poet Creek Express has what I like to refer to as an "annual deadline". It is a moving target.

The harder you work at it the further along you will get. We know that you won't compromise quality for speed, your work is too nice for that. It is good to have a deadline to work toward and get motivation from, but build it the way you want it to be and worry about finishing when the time is right.
