You've done it! Congrats! Are you going to permanently fix it or it can be removed for maintenance or repair?

Still debating that.
In theory it could be disasembled but it will be a huge job once all the side cladding ect is on.
Im also considering glueing and sealing the floor to the trailer for strength and protection.
Ive overbuilt the draw runners and thats about the only thing that could fail.
But still causes me some dread

I am just thinking out loud here. How about using butyl caulking OR rubber-like polyurethane caulking(like I did on my build floor). You can then theoreticaly cut it loose in a very unlikely event of required repair. I like how my polyurethane caulking is cured, it is like a nice medium density rubber. I think it will be easir to separate if needed, butyl is very sticky and will stick to any blade if a separating cut is attempted.

We used butyl tape between the floor and the trailer. It's mostly permanently attached to the frame. We can still remove it if we have to, but it world have to be serious damage for us to want/need to. It is a very stable and sealed attachment. I say security, stability, waterproof takes precedent over ease of removal.

Nice looking set up!

Dale, looking good! I chose to use the foam sealing (sill plate) material we used at work. It's just a soft foam (no adhesive) about 4" wide which is used for wood framing construction in the housing industry here. Normal use is to go between the bottom plate of the wall & the concrete slab, to keep moisture out of the wall from wicking.

It will seal well, compress to almost nothing & was very "cheap" since the rolls are long & I only needed a few feet for my build. I used 9 bolts to hold the camper on my frame. No problems since doing it this way. I didn't glue the camper to the frame since gravity & fasteners seem to work well enough here in Arizona most of the time. Not sure on your side of the world, might need some glue since everything there is upside down.....

Thats funny right there!
I know the stuff we use it here to vut ours mostly has adhesive backing one side.
The aluminium on the subfloor is goinv to come up around an inch past where the cabin floor meets the top of the trailer so i want to try to keep water from getting in there.
Last night a mate and i got the fence post rollers under the camper and moved it back so i could spray the underside with body deadner in preperation fot fitting it this weekend so i guess ill have to make a decision by then
