The aluminum sides are on! Been waiting for this day a long time. I chose to use 3M 4200 around the perimeter and around the door to seal out mousture. Next steps are to mount the roof vent/fan, and the side trim. Happy building, Bryan

Had a local sheet metal shop bend me up a piece stainless to cap off the rear section.

I am very excited for spring and pulling the Teardrop out for its maiden voyage. I am working on the edge trimming today. Thanks guys for the kind "Thumbs Up". Bryan

Got the trim molding on all the edges. I used butyl sealant tape under all the moldings, and used stainless screws. Happy building, Bryan

First fitting of the hatch. So far so good. Very pleased with the fit. Using the Vintage Technologies recommendation on the hinge setup. Non offset hinge with a spacer. Butyl tape will fill the edge voids where the hinge goes over the molding. Bryan

That stove's pretty cool looking. Is it commercially available, a one-off, or some sort of antique?

I found these stoves by accident in my pursuit of wanting a durable stove that was made well. Partner Steel makes them in Idaho. They have many styles to choose from. They sold me one over the phone and I had it very quickly.

Hi Brian, I am so close to being finished. My goal is to pull it out of the garage May 1st. I hope to paint the fenders this weekend, Hugger Orange, at the body shop where I work. Then mount the fenders, install the latches, trim, and struts on the hatch, and wire up the tail lights.
