Rebapuck, Yes, on low it's very effective for all night long, Medium is a goodly amount of wind. High would be overkill. I'm thinking of making on of the more popular modifications to the fan to slow it down a little in fact.

Dave,

Very nice work & design effort! You'll be enjoying your trailer for many years.

Glad you could make use of some of my ideas & thanks for the credit.

Have you had a chance to weigh your creation?

I'm working on finishing the Galley and other such stuff.

Fred, I'll weigh her once I have the galley installed. (I talked to a guy down at the local solid waste dept who said, yeah just bring her buy and we'll weigh her for you on the scales. (you pay to throw out trash by the pound))

I would be interested to know your weight also.

Is your TV a Subie Forester?

I'm sure you named you trailer for the color. It threw me for a minute, wondering why someone would name a small space after cyanosis!

Alan,

Yep 2010 Subaru Forester. The pic linked is from her maiden run for annual campout in Jefferson National Forest outside Blacksburg. So 250 miles each way. My MPG suffered pretty hard in the mountains. From 24-ish mpg down to 16 mpg in some of the more mountainous sections.

Nice!, I have a 2015 Forester XT. The wife had a 2011 Forester, but when she got rear-ended by a Semi truck, we have one of their "And they Walked away" moments, Wife and kiddos were unscathed, but the Subie was totaled. She now drives an XV Crosstrek.

I would be real interested in your overall weight. Published tow rating in mine is 1500lbs and 175lb tongue weight.

You have a nice Trailer, and I really like the views around your house.

Happy camping!

Wow I haven't posted in forever. So here's a bit of a update since last time I posted.

Much work was done on the Kitchen:

The 160ah battery and 250W solar panel will run the fridge and all LED lighting pretty much continuously. There is a 120V inlet to the power center and I top off the battery before we leave for camping.

I'll try to take some more pictures next weekend on our August camping trip.
