After a long wait I have finally heat formed my front windows

See my post.

I now have this stock of polycarbonate to cover in tinted film and fit to the windows. After that we really are down to the small jobs.

In the UK we have to get approval before it takes to the road so I am awaiting that but its done complete.

All I now have is a small snagging list
Make the kitchen
Put the bed in
Make some upholstery
Internal cupboard
Have the widows tinted dark black
Make an awning
Buy a number plate
Paint the wheel arches.
Paint the inside of the near side wheel arch
Fit some rubber stopper to stop the door banging.
...........................

Are these things never finished. Despite the endless finishing jobs its actually good for the road. Perhaps then I can get some better photos of it.

Thanks for your interest Clive.

When last I posted I had finished but now it has black windows and we have completed our first trip.

Tinted to 5% transition, easy to see out of impossible to see in.

When I started this design a contributor said don't do a front loading bed. Well I can report back that he had a point, you have to crawl in and turn round. However this TD is so wide that's just not a problem.
I am well on with the cushions and we came back from Easter in Yorkshire with a long list of small jobs.
I have also got 10 meters of sail cloth to made an awning

Clive, it looks really good! We've been moving to another state & have been off line for a while with the move.

The finish looks first class, windows turned out nicely & the layout looks to have been very well executed. I really like your attention to detail & the loving approach to the build, from start to finish it's great. Job well done!
