I pressed a PVC union half into a just rightsized hole sealed with calk, then screwed a Sealtite style electrical flex conduit fitting into that.

Thanks, and I like that cable clam. And I thought I looked everywhere on the blue seas web site

Looking at your pics, I see a Blue Sea fuse panel. They also make a product called a Cable Clam. They are the only way I've found to make a reliably weather tight deck penetration on a boat.

I think I am ready to skin it. Here she is;

My plan is to add a 60 inch truck box on the front for Batts etc. With 12 years in the scouts and as a troop Scoutmaster I like the scout patrol box for cooking gear. So I will add an aluminum "Scout Patrol" style cook gear box on the back. I have gone back and forth on filon or aluminum. I just like that airstream look so I have decided on aluminum. I have found some 0.063 5x10 aluminum sheet. So finally my question; will the .063 aluminum wrap around the 18 radius I have on the front and back?

As always thanks for the help

I know I have not been posting much (or at all). But I thought I would give an updated picture. I know I like looking at pictures to get ideas. It's not done, but a few weekends ago we decided to take her out for a weekend. Had a great time. I have to finish out the box galley, water tank, tankless heater and pump. I am adding a spare tire holder on the front and I need to add/finish outside lighting.
