You really nailed the heights. The belly and roof heights look to match the Cherokee very well.

All I can say is these fenders are kicking my butt....... :x Every problem I've fought with this camper has been with the 35in tire, I'm not sure what I was thinking........ 65 degree's this weekend and reservations are made for 2 nights in Hocking Hills campground and I can't get a fender bent up that doesn't look like crap...

Are you super attached to bending them? I cut flat pieces of steel for mine and then welded them onto the skeleton I had made for the fenders. It looks like you have a similar setup and maybe that would work.

Good luck! BOB's been mostly hibernating in storage for the winter but I've put a few finishing touches on and still have a few things planned. I've been meaning to post an update but just haven't had time. Soon!

Pay Day.... Got to camp in the teardrop this weekend. I'm happy to say we loved it, Since this was our first time sleeping in one I was a little nervous that me or my wife Missy wouldn't like the small area. Went 2 hrs away to Hocking Hills OH, easy pull and the right distance for a shakedown of trailer and tow rig. Did great at interstate speed and we had no hickups at all....LUCKY...

Yea we bent up a set out of diamond plate, They look great but the 35's just look to big for the camper without more lift. Since we can barely get in it as it is It looks like I might be dropping to a 31in tire and scrap the idea of only carrying one spare....details details...

Fabulous! Great pics, too. I figure luck has nothing to do with it. It was your great planning and attention to craftsmanship that made everything work out so well. Kudos.

Haven't had any updates, we've been out enjoying the little camper.... I know it's alot of work but believe me it's gonna pay off in Spades, It's hard to get out of gas stations without showing people the little camper but I've never got to meet so many people on my travels...
