Big little camper

Postby sumo » Mon Jul 11, 2016 1:42 pm

This is my second build. My first the Hammerhead got a few of my friends interested in small campers. This one I am building for a friend of mine . The first picture is the design that I came up with . It has a king sized bed , bunk beds in the front, We started with an old Viking popup that had been destroyed in a wind storm.

I like it. Perfect for builders like me who do not know to be a minimalist.

Just curious, what type of joint / fasteners did you use on your framing shown in the third photo?

The inside . with the kitchen pulled out, still have to get mattresses made,TV, dvd and all the goodies put in. The fridge is a chalk board for the kids.
