It Takes as long as it takes because you know what you want and will settle for nothing less, your rig looks gorgeous and it shows because you put time in to make it that way. Well done.....

On the frame for the last time. Still have battery box wiring to complete, interior terminations, and the darn galley door to finish.. So close!

Really nice build.

One thing that kind of jumps out at me is how beefy your chassis is... except for the trailing arm pivot brackets. They look like 1/4 inch thick plate (or so), which is beef, but without any gussets I would keep a close eye on those to make sure that they don't start to fold over or tear out. There will be a lot of twist and possible side loading on them due to the lever arm of the trailing suspension.

I had a similar situation on my boat trailer where the tilting tongue attached at the pivot bolt. There were no gussets and the torque from the offset jack wheel caused those brackets to twist, and the pivot bolt hole to wallow out. I fixed it by adding gussets, an anti-crush sleeve and restoring the bolt holes by welding on thick washers.

All of the light fixtures on this build were from SuperbrightLEDS.com. I went green backlit throughout the trailer. I really like the button switches, they are offered in many colors, intermittent, or on/off which is what I have for the porch lights. They are very inexpensive for the finish. They are aluminum body, not plastic. I would recommend getting the mating wiring plug to go with them to make wiring easier as they have the 4mm male connectors on the back.

Sharp looking trailer! I especially like the overall proportions, the extra long tongue (I may eventually extend mine to about the same as yours), and envy your Jeep as well. Good work, and have fun with it.
