Re-build in Raleigh, NC

I'm gonna poke around and try to ask my questions in the appropriate rooms.
None the less, I need a place for all my progress so, here's my thread.

Today I finnally took the roof off. I have water damage on the templates, the original builder did not include edge trimming...
That and I want to insulate and run all the wiring properly, perhaps a few more lights/outlets.

I've had more luck w/ the taptalk adding pictures so here on the actual board I'll just include my google TearDrop folder(s).

I'm worried about the seam in the middle, the top roof is not all one piece.
I've got a corner foundation board that is rotton....worried about that too..
On a good note, the roof seems to be coming off w/ out any problems, at least it wasn't glued real bad.

I'll ask my questions where appropriate, but, if you happen across these pictures and have any comments at all,
I'd love to hear them.
