Well this has been fun, and it's obviously been on the road for it's maiden voyage. Probably a few things yet to do. (never did install the heating system, not sure my son wants to camp in the cold...) I'll go back to the first few posts and see what I can do there to make a more coherent and easy to follow build progress.

I don't mind comments/questions or other random thoughts from here on out, as I have the first several to do with as I please.

Well, my son has finally found some time for some local camping.
Kid agrees -- having ac is a wonderful thing in 90 degree heat.

4 different people have offered to buy it just tonight... so must have done something right.
Is this something others might really be interested in? I could post dimensions/plans/etc.

I am sure any information that you want to share to help others in their build process would be welcomed.

I know this isn't the appropriate place.. but I'll put this out here anyway.

Local church group in a van towing a trailer with their supplies - trailer tire blew out, and now we have 3 fewer church kids.

Be safe out there all....

Funny story...

My doors were getting a bit tight... it wasn't the doors swelling, it was the cca bottom plate that is bolted to the steel frame that dried/shrank a bit.

cca shrinks as it dries...

fortunately I left myself a bit of adjustment, and all is well again.
