How does the foot-bin go in/out or off/on?

The storage totes goes on and off and is stored inside when traveling. It keeps the camper at 5 wide for easy towing. By having the beds go over the tires and front rail of the trailer, it gives a lot of under bed storage. May even be able to put a AC under the bed(11 1/2 "). It is 64" tall inside at the peak with a 8" drop floor. The toilet is a composting style with urine separator and a stirring patty. Like a C-head. The walls and front is 1 1/2' foam with no wood at all in them.

With my TV it has 2 " clearance when doing a full steering lock circle. Not a lot but will do.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. Here is some pictures. I cut the top of a tote off and glue it in to the wall. Then glue a tote lid to the foot tote and cut the center out. Bungee hold it tight to the seal. The travel lid is held on with wood locks. I used Goop the lid to the tote. Polypropylene is hard to glue.ImageImageImageImageImage Hope this helps. feel free to ask more it you want. This is a first time thing so I may need to change things if they don't work as planned.

Thought I would do a update. The rear mount on the tongue on the carr y-on trailer in a angle iron spanning the 5 feet across the trailer. Too springy I changed to a V tongue using 2" 1/8 wall tube and 4 mounting bolts.
I also made a stand made from a discarded canopy. Too turn the gallery cover into a awning.
When mounting the fuel tank for the diesel parking heater . I also put a drawer pull on the outside for hanging a garbage bag. Looks better than bolt heads on the outside.ImageImageImageImage

Made a list of how is this custom teardrop different by design.

Built on a Carry-on 13' tire-mesh floor trailer. (changed out tire tires for car radials for longer lasting with a smoother ride)

Replaced pole tongue with V tongue.(cross beam that the pole tongue mounted to is to flexible)

Cut side rail for door, moved one cross beam for drop floor and removed ramp.

Move trailer wiring and lights up and back for better visibility. Installed LED lights.

Extreme 8” drop floor (¾ plywood). Hanging on light aluminum sheeting (break-away?)

4' 6” tall walls. Fastened together with polyurethane caulk.

Made with 1 ½ foam, Tite-bond II glue, canvas and paint. (no wood in walls to rot)

Pickup Tonneau cover galley hatch. Also works as a galley awning.

Jack mounted on extension pipes for ground clearance.

Flag pole mount welded to jack.

Chinese diesel parking heater for FULLY vented heat. (running on kerosene)

450 watt solar panel roof. (The solar panels are the roof).

Composting toilet. (No water to carry or black tank to empty)

Two 8” memory foam 32” beds. Side extensions for feet (plastic storage bins)

Cut down (full view) storm door. For door.

Slid-out awning bars.

Floor under bed is coroplas (Politic signs).

Side wall fan. (Solar on roof)

19” TV with coat hanger TV antenna.
