Any updates?

I am curious how it performed?
Heat build up inside?
Any other insights?

Other than a problem with the ground on the trailer rear lights. The trailer has worked just fine. With all the cross ventilation, from the Jalousie windows, there has not been as much heat build up.

OK that looks cool. Between your and the little woodie build I am having second thoughts on what I want to build. I picked up some sheets of 1/8" mahogany ply for the inside and found some 1/4" ply. I am thinking the 1/4" along the lower half and 1/8" on the top would be interesting. The have spar varnish for boats, wonder how much protection it will have for the plywood? Trim it up with maple.

I am still wrapping up the planning stages of my food trailer build. I've had some issues with the trailer I bought but hopefully those can be worked out soon!

I'll be sure to share some pics once there is some progress to show!

I had a couple of additional question....

1- why use 2 pieces of 3/4 plywood for skeleton instead of a 2x4? Seems like plywood would be more expensive and heavier?

2- How is the exterior holding with just paint?

3- anything you'd do different, if you were doing it over?
