It is pretty much one off. It will never be commercially built, you have to know a few safety aspects when lowering and raising it. The post has 2 holes that gets raised and lowered with the jack. The travel on the jack is only 14" and the roof raises 21", the reason for the 2 holes. About halfway up and down I lock the post with a pin from traveling back down, also a good time to make sure nothing is getting destroyed. After it's raised I put the 6 posts up that are on hinges and lock them with the hasps. I tried to use a boat winch at first, it was disasterous I broke and bent everything on it. It's not that complicated of a design, I used mostly scrap wood and the jack which you can pick up almost anywhere. The whole design is too be able to pick up replacement pieces anywhere.
