Thanks... it's just over 13.5 feet long, 76" wide on the outside and 64.5" tall from top of trailer to top of camper.

That's going to be a hefty build for that Jeep. I hope you installed brakes. I learned the hard way.

I got hubs without breaks but it's an easy update, I am planning to weigh it after completion and go from there.

PMF done and painted... not happy about the wrinkle from were the material was folded. Didn't realize it was there till it was to late. I'll live with it for now.

Got the trailer lights wired and installed the windows.
Couldn't resist and took for a test drive a few miles down the highway. She seems lighter than my boat (Bayliner capri). She pulls real nice and stops fine. Of course I'll weigh her when she's done and adjust if I need to. :D :)

Took it to the scales today... while I am not pleased with the tongue weight ratio the trailer currently sets at 1600lbs... I think as long as I don't any crazy off-roading with it brakes won't be necessary.
The tongue weight percentage is currently at 17.5% and while that's close I still have a lot to do up front and most of the storage being in the front. I had originally planed for the axel a little more forward but was suggested to move it back by a few people. Wish I had stuck with the original plan now... think it would have been perfect. Guess we will have to see what kind of weight I can add to the back.

I was where you are except my tongue weight was good. It will come down as you load the back. I found while 1600 is well below my Rubicon 3000 max, it is definitely tough to make quick stops over 45 which will and has happened to me. I have a 6 speed so down shifting helps a lot but wish I had brakes. Also baby the brakes. I overheated mine the first road trip.
