McCheeseburger Helper

Postby nissan300z90 » Sat Mar 06, 2010 2:20 am

I have a quick and simple recipe I came up with the other night. Just grill up a couple hamburger patties on the grill the way you like them and cook some macaroni and cheese the way you like it. To serve just break the grilled hamburger into smaller chunks over the mac and cheese and you are ready to enjoy.

sounds like a winner.

Have you tried it by dicing a single-serving package of Spam for every 2 people into the mac and cheese, and adding a generous sprinkle of diced bell pepper and a splash of salsa? Mmmmmmmmm.

What is it about Spam that makes it taste good outdoors? It's got something in it so when grilled outdoors, it becomes irrestible.

This will work for me. Mac-n-cheese is one of the few things I can digest right now. I will definitely have to try it on the road!
