I make this for camping, so it's a 'just add water' type. Makes just over 2c. pudding when finished.
1c. dried milk
1/3c. Cornaby's Ultra Gel
1/4c. cocoa powder
Dash of salt
Mix everything EXCEPT Ultra Gel in a food processor on pulse briefly, until the vanilla is absorbed fully and everything is dry looking. Then add the Ultra Gel, pulse until it's evenly mixed.
We usually divide it in half and put it in empty 20oz water bottles. To use, add water to 1" below the cap and shake until you have pudding.
You can also do away with the dried milk and just use 2c. fresh milk. We just don't usually bring fresh milk when camping.
