this is my original recipe that is really easy in a large dutch oven and only has 5 ingredients
2 chicken breasts cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
3-4 slices swiss cheese or grated is better
1/4 - 1/2lbe smoked ham
1-3 tbs apple cider vinegar
butter to brown the chicken
coat the chicken w/ seasoned flour then brown the chicken
I some times add onions while browning
add the ham. When chicken is cooked add the can of soup and maybe 1/4 can of water. add the swiss cheese. After the cheese is melted add a tbs of apple cider vinegar.
taste for desired TWANG!! add more if desired but a little at a time
NOTE the soup and vinegar mixture alone makes a great hollindaise sauce without the mess of eggs.
