Not ours, and no idea what they are asking for it, but looks like a nice unit!

I just spoke with the owner, a seemingly kind old-timer; he was rather impressed that someone took the time to create an internet ad for him :)

He said it has been re-skinned in aluminum and the white enamel has been baked on. 6" x 16" wheels with 1947 Ford hub caps, wheel bearings recently repacked. He said there are no leaks. The inside is as original and the floor is carpeted. The galley is currently empty, all shelves/cabinets, etc, were removed when the trailer was re-skinned BUT, the owner also owns a sawmill and he cut some new pine shelves out of 100 year old pine formerly used as a barn beam; He said he will send those along with the trailer to the new owner. Asking $2500.

FYI, the area code for the phone # in the photo is 608.

From the description the owner relayed over the phone, what do you more experienced folks think of the price? I'm too green to know.

I'd really love to snatch this up but the boss said she'd like something larger

MacGyverF - thanks for posting the details! If it was just me or hubby, we'd definitely jump on that unit at that price, but it's just a bit too small for the two of us, considering our home built has a California King bed in it, LOL.

I hate to see the TD just sitting there not being used! I hope someone else snaps this up - unless of course you can convince the boss that this one is a great starter for the two of you???? :D Best of luck to you in your search.....
