Here's a 1962 4x8 in California that looks pretty nice. lot's of extras.

Looks nice, but I just can't understand how someone who rebuilds an old trailer and uses modern parts, and changes things that were original to something that isn't, can feel justified in calling it "restored"?
Not bashing the owners choice of parts, materials, and scheme, it looks nice enough, but it isn't what it looked like in 1962.

If it was "restored" it would be as original.

In the hot rod world, it would be properly advertised as a "restomod" (restored/modified). Truth in advertising.
