If there is no water damage anywhere, that's not a bad price now. And they would probably take $1500 cash.

It would be indeed!

Chances are very slim however.
Anyone looking should be aware that carpeting applied to walls, painted over paneling, modern countertops, overlaid flooring, and other "major" changes almost always signal "danger".

People rarely do all that work on a pristine dry trailer... :thinking:
When someone gets a hold of an old trailer that does need a lot of rot repair, and they fix it correctly, they don't use carpeting and paint...

This looks like a nice sized trailer to fix/use, but one shouldn't buy into it thinking it "needs nothing" or you may be very disappointed.
