Too small to consider for us, but is something like this even a good deal? Is this salvageable, or a tear down-rebuild, do you think?

It's been for sale for a while now. I have to agree with the seller, the trailer itself is probably worth his asking price. However, with that big, rotten monstrosity sitting on it, it's worth much less. You be looking at $300 at the dump to get rid of all that junk. You may be able to salvage some neat things from it, (windows, solar panel, etc) but the rest looks like junk to me. And I bet it looks worse in person.
