heres one sitting abandonded.. might be able to pick it up for little or nothing.. so how bad off do you think it is??? What make?
weve been considering a scamper but Im an old car nut and it just wouldnt be right.. This floats my boat......

You may be on the right track...

There are better projects out there that don't need full rebuilds...

Well Paul. If it's free and you have room and time, get it. From the picture, like Rob says, it'll be a complete rebuild. Be a good learning project and probably take a couple of years. :thinking:

I thin ill call it a 1959 leaverite......gonna leaverite there.....
funny tho, this is an old campground with a slug of seasonal campers that never move I did a good walkabout this fall and there are several vintage canned hams etc around there.

Yep, it will be a labor of love to save the old vintage trailer from demise. Building a new trailer from scratch would certainly be a lot easier.

If it is a real bargain it would make a great build platform for a custom build.

The frame would make it a bargain and any salvage is just gravy.
