Great site for some vintage trailer ideas...

Postby doug hodder » Sat May 07, 2011 10:14 pm

I've posted this before...but it's now buried under a couple of years of posts. This site has a ton of nice old profiles and ideas. Unfortunately, it seems that now, a lot of the pics are no longer available, or as they say, "temporarily moved", but there is still a lot to look at.

Perfect for "breadloaf" and "canned ham" designers and potential builders. The later years are more "mobile home" stuff.

Kinda interesting to see the historical time line on things and the buzz words about certain materials are fun. Doug

old caravans

Here is also a site that I found that has a lot of old caravans on it. Lots of neat looking campers.

I haven't been to the RV Hall of Fame yet but I still hope to get there someday. But they have some of their inventory online now. Looks like a cool place to visit.

pull up google images

enter Shasta trailers and the them.

in fact you could enter in the names of the other trailer names from the lists offered above and maybe have a chance to see several.

Just enter in vintage camping trailers and get some surprises.

It does look like a great destination for a trip. The classic TNTTT designs need to stay hooked up to their tow vehicles however or someone might think it's a new addition to the collection!

Is it just me or are TNTTTs like puppies; have one with you and you can't avoid getting attention!
