worked on the propane tanks last weekend to get the custom look, even the wife noticed them  Then i spent one whole day working on the trailer running lights as the person i bought the trailer from really screwed them up . when I hooked them up to my truck and turned on the turn signal the engine would die.had to run all new wiring and ground all the lights housings..... :x

I like to incorporate vintage car parts on my trailer restorations, on my 1947 Kenskill teardrop i have marker lights from the 40s and a luggage trunk from the 30s
on my 1957 cardinal trailer i have 1957 ford fairlane taillights and a late 30s hood emblem. My newest restoration 1956 Roadmaster i have used the hood emblems
off of a 1957 chevy belair.

Also using a vintage tail light that i removed from a 1950 pontic chief travel trailer

also a new rug to wipe your feet on and open your beer

love the bear rug, I bet it keeps the racoons out of the kitchen when screen door is open!

hello Mike
i just stumbled upon your post where at the bottom it looks like you either have or had a Roadmaster. I am looking at a '51 Roadmaster park model; never seen nor heard of this manufacturer before and can't seem to find much of anything online about it. would you have any info concerning this model or source of info? thank you much.

there is little information on the internet about the Roadmaster park models, when there is its about there bigger trailers 30 to 35ft park models. we have a 1956 21ft Roadmaster and the floor plan is as most trailers from that time frame rear bed side bathroom with front dinette, ours has a full size fridge and a apartment size gas stove.
