One advantage of buying places like the high desert is the fair chance it will have no hidden water damage.
Got my trailer in the desert near 29 Palms. There was a lot of skin damage the did not deserve to be painted.
Had it reskinned and the only water damage was the wheel wells and one opening where an eyebrow was missing.
