Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

My Camco vertical two-stage propane regulator quit on my last trip. It wouldn't even allow air to pass through it after I removed it. I replaced it with two Mr. Heater brand regulators. (I bought a spare since regulator failure is such a trip wrecker.) Has anyone else had their regulator fail like this?

Maybe it didn't, the "new" propane tank safety valves "stick". I took a full tank in to get checked out, my grill wouldn't light- no gas. Open valve nothing. Guy used a fitting, had to do it twice but safety or check valve released and gas now flows out.
