You're an artist right? Just paint it so it can't be seen against the foamstream. Then you don't have to sell it.

I don't know GPW, that small side entry "Utility trailer" you're painting looks mighty useful. I understand that SWMBO has stated that no one needs two campers; but a camper and a matching "Utility" trailer could be very useful and practical....

Bonnie , Thanks ... we’ve enjoyed it !!! :D I don’t have a Gift for her (her nor me ), but I’m taking her out to Lunch . After these many years , don’t really know what to get her anymore ... and know all well, I can’t get what she really wants ... ( Brad Pitt)

Got the window hinged and mounted with the new SS hinge and screws (Goodbye rust) ... Same type hinge on the door , yet to be mounted on the cabin ... but soon ... ;)
Waiting till tomorrow to do the contrasting lower color (green) on the little Foamie ... The paint has to be really Dry before we can do any taping on it ... otherwise it might peel off ... :frightened: Patience is required with painting ... !!! besides , “It’s Miller Time ! “

Hey GPW, It's been done before...

Back in the 1950s my granddad painted his old Plymouth station
wagon work car with a 6 inch wide paint brush and leftover dark
green house trim paint. [It was free and it was just an old work car
he said.]

It gave it "Texture" ! [aka brush stroke lines]

Cheers,
Norm/merzmo

Thanks KC ... :D

Got the first coat of the Green on the bottom .... really happy with the way my tape line is coming out ... This time we brushed the paint on the tape edge in a pouncing technique , like the stenciler’s use . Nice CLEAN separation , waaaaay better than on the FS... The roller just pushed paint up under the tape ... Nasty edges resulting .... grrrrr!!! :duh:

Another coat of green and then we mask off and do the accent stripe ... Coming along ... 8)

Just thought about this. This is another test! I don't recall anyone else repainting their canvas covering. Not that it should have any issues, especially with good paint and a primer, but should be fun to see how it lasts. Looks very nice, too. :applause:
