You're doing great! The canvas job looks very good.

Do you have any tips or observations about applying the canvas to add to those that have gone before? Did you use the white glue trick when cutting the finished edge before gluing the overlapping flaps down?

I will be getting to this stage soon and some insight from a first timer would be reassuring to me; TIA.

Thanks to all for the comments. :)

Second coat of white paint on this morning, the first coat of the grey lower section this evening.
I have the two doors built and the outside covered. I'm not really happy with the way I covered them, I think I might peel the canvas back from opening and closing them.May have to rebuild them. (After this first trip)

The upper marker lights went on tonight as well. The rest have to wait for the grey paint.

KC, I can't say I have too much advice to offer on canvas work, this was my first attempt It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but... at ten feet you see some wrinkles, 20 feet, looks pretty good, 50 feet, factory built.
I didn't think of the white glue trick, not sure why, I used to do that covering model planes when using fabric and dope.
My canvas is orange store painters tarps. It took two 12X15's. One thing about the canvas is there is a rough side and a smooth side. I'm not to sure if it makes much difference in the end, the paint fills the weave pretty good anyway.

Thank you. Just hearing you say it was not too bad puts me at ease.

On the other hand, I hope to be able to pass some scrutiny up to a couple of feet. :D

Your pictures certainly don't give anything away; it looks great from here!  :applause:

Today,,, We Camp...! :P :P :dancing :M :woohoo:

I've been working on the trailer to get it in a usable state.
The inside isn't done, but everything is there.
The outside still needs some 'graphics' and a stripe or two.
The doors just have primer.

I took it in town to get all the legal stuff done. It's now road ready and approved.

The trailers loaded up, and were off... :relaxing:
