Comes in a nice big roll, wrapped up nice and tight. No seams or wrinkles, just roll out what you need and cut to size.

I think you're off on your math. I say it's an even better deal. A 25 yard roll 2 yards (72" or 6') wide is 50 square yards, so that's about $2 per.

Rear bulk head wall. Covered in 1/4 birch ply for strength and will function as hard points to attach the cabinets.

Once all the major pieces were cut, I put all the pieces together and started to cut out the driver side door

This picture shows the glue up jig that forms the top of the door frame.
The door frame top piece is four 3mm Baltic birch pieces laminated together.
