i always wanted a match set. i think they look really cool when td and tv match. but i have since changed my mind. just like a woman huh :lol:

i am going to try and take a trip up the road tomorrow and check out a fabric store. so maybe i can come up with something there. i have browsed ebay and i did find some i liked.

Cool Idea AR !!! Maybe just cut out the good bits and decoupage that on ... :thinking: Save the scraps and make a Mickey quilt for the Foamie ... 8)

Lol, I'll have to admit, that when I read foam and canvas I thought you'd make a frame for the canvas, then spray on the foam and shape on the inside. Boy what you couldn't do with that. Or even chicken wire and spray foam. (I'm getting to like that rocket ship design in the "oddities" forum. Chicken wire and foam spray would be the easiest way to do that. I have to figure out the kitchen tail opening yet though. I was thinking a kind of "james bond the movie moon raker" opening where they capture the space capsule like a squid catching prey... Hmmm...)

Thank you for the journal! I'm a newbie with teardrops and I finally decided that I want to try building with foam. I couldn't pull up those last pictures that included the wood reinforcements for the door. Any chance of posting them again? Or maybe a description? By the way, how were the walls attached to the floor? Thanks again for keeping my confidence motivated! :applause:
