WOW, you must really be short if you need that step stool to reach the top in that tear!

Eagle and I worked on the inside of her tear and our backs just about gave out doing the ceiling! She sat on her porta potty and I sat on a 3-legged stool that was a torture device in another life (had to be.. ouch!!).

That's where we got T2 in our hair!

That worked very well , but I still have to install the strips inside to tie in the panels ... Still a chance to get glue on the "dome"... :o

The pointy pirate style or a pressman style? I remember as a Cub Scout (Looooong time ago) touring the local newspaper printing facility and was showed how to make the square kind.

Hey all,

Got a bit done today. Painted the door, covered and painted a bulkhead for interior shelf, covered and painted the shelf. Last night I trimmed out the interior around the door leaving a lip for the door seal. I also trimmed around the inside of the window.

Painted door.

I just picture framed the door opening on the inside with pre finished ply and left the trim extend into the opening for the door to seal against. The bulkhead will go across the front inside to form a small storage area under the shelf.

Oh, BTW the spots showing on the shelf/bulkhead are a pattern in the fabric showing through. Only one coat of paint thus far.

your work is so neat. it looks professional. so glad you are building a foamie. love the lip for the door. that is how i plan on doing anyother doors.

are you going to put a weather strip inside that? i was thinking of making that lip indent a tad bit bigger to accomadate a weather strip.
