What was the name of the campground? Looks nice there to.

Bob,
The campground isn't a normal campground.
You can rent the whole park....(all 15 acres including everything) for events.
It'd make an great teardrop gathering ! I'll call you to talk about it.

I was worried that my circuitry was too simple, so I added a voltmeter to monitor the 12v system.
There are 3 different ways to power my 12v devices,
1. a built in 12v power supply (115v)
2. tow vehicle power
3. a small 12v battery.
My buddy gave me the meter, it came from eBay and cost about $1.50

Re: The Big Pink ... still upgrading

The Big Pink has 2 storage compartments under the bed. They are in the very back, so It's a little hard to access, and was used for seldom used items.

So I thought I'd fix that .... and added an outside access door. There are 2 layers of 2" foam , so I had to cut through 4" of foam.
There was canvas on the inside, outside, and in the middle. The adhesion everywhere was very good.

almost finished .... just have to finish cleaning up. I used 4" angle sheet metal, and screwed into the door frame to provide a solid mount

The door is right next to the power input connector, and I'll keep the jack stands in there, since they get used at the back.

Nice feature. I'll have to keep that in mind!

Re: The Big Pink ... added storage.

The Big was getting a little heavy, so I thought I better remove some foam.
Just kidding... not having easy access to the back storage compartments has always bugged me.
Having solved one side with the addition of the access door, I decided to cut some holes through the interior bed supports to house the canopy.
While there is still some hard to access space on the curb side, I now have easy access to store the canopy, extension cord, jack stands, and other stuff in the back now. :)

Alas, no room for an arch.... the hole is just big enough to slide the popup tent through.

Tac, I was really meaning just round the corners , square intersecting corners build stress risers at that point ... Rounding the corners spreads the load out ...

I’m just trying to use every trick in the book to assure everybody has Maximum strength constructions...

I happen to think that you are doing a great job and now you are thinking like me every inch of space to get used for storage.

Mary,
Thank you :D

So we took the Big Pink out for one last weekend before putting 'er away for the winter. Everything is working great.
I did wash it for the first time, after sitting outside for months. Just some soapy water and a cloth cleaned right up .
