Did you think about a color scheme yet ... ? Just thinking , if you want to hide some seams , you can work that into the paint job ...

KPC,
All of the seams will be in the indent of the molding, and I'll be able to use the factory seam at most of the visable edges.
The only "unseemly seam" will be at the very bottom where the factory seam crosses over the molding from the side to the front and back. There won't be any seams on the top or sides. Any place there's not a factory seam, I'm painting with thinned TB2, and letting it dry before cutting so theres no fraying.

OK. I'm guessing that wheel is to a vintage motorcycle side car. I don't think I've ever actually seen one, but that's what I think it is.

Nice canvas work from what I can see. :applause:

The sidecar looks like an Ural to me.

Tac, that looks super. If I can get mine to look half as nice I'll be satisfied.

Had to go back to find the sidecar. Don't have enough knowledge to ID it but around here at least 75+% of the ones I see are Urals.

Good guess guys...
Its the Ukrainian version, very similar to the russian Ural. Called a Dnepr.

I finished up the door side last night.
It's hard to see in the pix: but because all the edges are over molding or wood, all the lines are very clean and crisp. :)
