I think you can relax a bit. Aligator likely holds the heaviest foamie award for his Army Goose. At 6x11 feet, it weighed in at 1,640 lbs. However, his had a lifting roof and, of course, having a lifting roof automatically adds some weight. His build thread is here: viewtopic.php?f=55&t=49879
