dropped the axle, jacked the frame, allowing a flat work surface, rabeted the deck panels together (look at the FB link for all the steps) with PLpremium.
painted the whole deck with deck sealer $9 oops paint
134172
removed the paint around the edges for the bottom wrap under, then routed the edge with a round over bit.
134173
flipped the deck and laid out the walls

foamies are so easy to build! like a mushroom! this morning I had a pile of foam and a trailer, tonight it looks like a camper :dancing  got to love it when we get a 75 degree day in between a week in the high 80's and the coming week pushing 90. :fan:

Row, you’re an old hand at this foam business , so we’d expect Foamie building would be “Elementary” to someone with your experience!!! 8)

Yes, two rooms and a galley below, and a cabin on the roof that comes apart in sections for travel. The upper walls are stored in the forward cabin for travel.

With separate rooms, it gives you a chance to use Arches for even more strength ... just an idea ...

134789 port hole windows for the forward cabin, these will be covered with a gama seal hatch cover for travel and have wiley windows for camping
134790 checking how it will be to put boats on top of skyline for travel
134791 wingback galley hatch, for those of us who want the most galley space, and also want an overhead hatch that won't hit our heads. also good for hanging a galley tent from
134792 making the leak proof door rings part of the roof support structure
134793 now what?

No time for pics, big camping trip starts in mere hours...
I've been putting in long hours each night to get done. Sadly the upper cabin won't happen this year, but that gives me more time to brainstorm a few details.
Thanks for everyone who voted on instructables, Sawfish won a prize in one contest, and is still in another one. The page hits for that i'ble are higher than I ever expected.
I changed the tears name as I think the "wing back" galley hatch looks like the wings on Mercury's feet (the Greek mythology Mercury)
