Foamie Trailer that looks interesting

Postby Hardryder56 » Thu Mar 13, 2014 6:25 am

Saw this trailer the other day at a car lot. The sales man said it was built over a plywood frame. Local builder. Hope the pictures work.

Inside there was a microwave on a cabinet to the left of the rear door and a sink with water on the right of the door.

I was pretty surprised when I first saw it and had to turn around to go look at it. I figured it was foam when I walked up to it and saw that the tires where not flat and proved myself right when I tapped on it. Might go back and talk to the sales guy about it, he said he had a whole book showing the construction of the trailer. I really like the pressed copper ceiling inside. Adds a lot of "coolness" to it.

Looks like the builder has some experience building stage sets. When I first started thinking about building a foamie, I looked at the glue that they use for set building with foam. Some pretty cool stuff they build. I bet there's not another one like it!!

Well that's a one of a kind trailer. It's cute in a quirky sort of way. The side view looks like a face complete with mustache.

Had to go back and look at it and I think you are correct. It does look like a face.

Thinking with all that Stone , we would have gone for a more “castle” look , arched windows, drawbridge and a moat...

GPW,
If you want a moat I figure you could park it near any water way in Texas or Louisiana and just wait for a heavy rain 8)
