I too am not seeing a large choice of flashing at my local box stores. I did see rolls of flashing that seem quite thrifty. I have access to a DIY flashing brake so maybe making my own custom bends would not be hard. The rolls are available in either aluminum or galvanized. Do you have any preference? I could imagine a difference between the two for anchor points.

Not real sure if it would make a big difference. The premade flashing that I have been using is galvanized. I found the best selection of flashing at Home Depot, might just see if they can order it in for you. Not sure if the rolls would be the same thickness or not. I would think that it would be a lighter gauge. :thinking:
