I love the idea of a foamling gathering, but what long drives for most of us! Alas, we are scattered far and wide over this great continent. 8)

The Natural Bridge and Caverns in Va (as opposed in Texas) is just down the road from Foamhenge.

Did anyone happen to catch the reference to Foamhenge in the beginning of NCIS yesterday ( episode 278) during the first few minutes of the show? The words "dreadful abomination" were used.  :x

You had to listen very closely to pick it up. And a DVR certainly helped.

Oh, I agree. I hardly ever believe what I am fed and I did not mean to infer I agree with the "dreadful abomination" comment. I was just throwing the incident/scene out there. I found it interesting that a remote piece of "art" made into a major TV show; especially for me as Foamhenge is almost in my back yard so to speak. Actually I think it was without class that they said that. Why pick on an individual that way....now a corporation or something like, maybe, but a "starving artist", no!

Sadly with all Art comes Art Critics ... They don’t make Art, they don’t have the talent or skill , they just criticize... :frightened: That and news organizations tend to broadcast bad rather than good news (and what they’re PAID to broadcast) ... so critics abound... :duh: Politicians ,and the Money groups who promote/control them , well, they’re all “professional" Liars so no questions there eh ...
