Thanks everyone, it was a lot of work weekends morning till dark weekdays get home at 6 work till dark or a little after,, missed baseball, softball, soccer and hockey games, girlfriend's daughter and son, nephew, and nieces weren't to happy with me at times. But so far they have all slept in it at least once and really enjoyed it.

Is that a Kia Soul you are towing with? If so, how did it do stopping and on hills? My info shows it having 164 Hp and weighs only 2900#, a better ratio than many of the 'rated' vehicles, so I would think it has enough power for a light trailer as long as you don't overload the car. Do you have any idea what your trailer weighs?? Also, what are the height, width and length of the main body?

Finally, are the garden beds in the back ground of some of the pictures yours? Look great, I love them too.
