In the Grand scheme of things , these are just little problems , and require some "different" (out the box) thinking...

When I bent the foam on my camper, 1/2 inch, the bending was not such a difficult thing, it was keeping it in the shape once bent. I was gluing it on the curve in the front, two two inch pieces of rounded foam the sides. I used wood skewers I am not sure how long screws would have held. once dry and covered with canvas, it held fine. My biggest problem was the humidity it stayed about 80% to 90% or more every day during the time I was building it. In one spot the glue took over three weeks to dry. if I ever build again I will take more time and wait till it is dry or move to Texas to build.

I can somewhat see an eagle, I hope it works I like it somewhat better than the other one GPW.

Calling it the "Eagle Beak" [referring to the front profile] probably wouldn't go
as that term also has slang connotations...

If you called it the "Toucan Trailer" [see Toucan Sam from fruit Loops] you could
paint it it with various colored wide stripes...
If you have a house - you have a hobby.

If we’re going to make rounded trailers , we need to come up with some foam bending solutions besides kerfing ... Although kerfing works ...

That's Eagle , not Beagle ......
Speaking of Snoopy , I did some Snoopy artwork for a friend of mine's plane design ... Now that i look at it , it "could" be a profile for a Foamie trailer.
