Added 2 inch foam to the rear and cut out for tail lights.

Thanks GPW!

My plan started as a teardrop but with the addition to our family and the wife requesting a little more room this is what it has grown to.

So i didnt think the canvas would look very good over the wood and foam frame so i got some 3/4 foam to attache over the whole trailer.
I added a layer of Gorilla Glue to each panel and spread it with a roller. Then it was just stick on and trim.

Once i had the Panels attached it was a lot of trimming and sanding trying to make everything blend and round off the corners.

Filled all the gaps and imperfections with spackle. Then lots of sanding and smoothing.

Routered around all the window cutouts so that my windows would sit flush.

Looks great! It's kinda fun, the way the foam can be smoothed and rounded so easily. :)

Finally applying the canvas. I bought a 7 foot wide roll from Big Duck Canvas so that i could keep the seams to a minimum. I canvased both sides first then the front followed by the top. I was trying to over lap all the seams and keep in mind the water run off as well..

Thank you all very much! There have been a few headaches along the way but I think it will all be worth it in the end.

But to be clear all of this work was done last year before the cold moved in and stopped all progress.. I hope to be back at it again VERY soon if this weather breaks..
