I was cutting some bead board foam a few days ago with a knife and the edge was coming out really rough. My tile wet saw was sitting there and I tried it out (without water). It makes a perfect clean cut. So, today when I was cutting some more foam, I just stuck the tile diamond blade into a circular saw and used that. No mess. The beads seem to melt a little and seal the cut edge. The only problem is that it is a hand held saw. Next I'll see if the blade will fit in my table saw so I can use a fence and get a straighter cut.
