Here’s a little “transparent" sketch of a front like DC suggests , and a single seat/storage with fold down computer desk , sink/stove( whatever ) across the front , nice and neat ...saving some real estate inside ... Just an idea ...

GPW, I really like your drawing, ideas and style. Based on your floor plan I got some inspiration too and did my kick at it. It is very conceptual, just to keep things coming and demonstrate ideas. The idea is to meet Mike's scope requirements and still save space and weight. The moving seat can double as a cooler, it can actually be a cooler or portable 12V compressor fridge with soft cushion top. It can also be stowed under the bed. The table can be made to unfold along the side to double its size for when the bed is retracted. I start to like an idea of movable seating, it makes for more space inside. Porta potty is by the door and can be covered with curtain, cabinet, or similar to Compact3 in Angib design to create enclosed space. Many ideas here. The bed in this is used for seating at the other side of the table. And again when the bed is made for a day sofa, the table can be doubled in its surface and then more portable seating can be arranged to seat up to four people at that table..
