Got all the parts cut out and shaped today and about 2/3 of them covered with canvas on one side.

T.R.Rat, That sure is looking Good and doing that on the flat is so much easier than once assembled or worse , overhead !!!

I have been researching these foamies for awhile, and ill be stealing tipps from yall . like doing inside panels flat.. I came up with this modified teardrop shape so it is going to be a little different. My goal is 200 lbs are less but anywhere between 200 and 3 hundred will work. Ill be pulling it behind a Harley road glide with a sidecar.

Thanks

No brakes to start with,It shouldn't be much difference than a passenger. If I feel like it doesn't handle right ill add the brakes
