Examples of plumbing and electrical routing?

Looking for ideas on how to route electrical and water plumbing in a foamie, how to vent etc...

I'm basically clueless how to route this stuff once the box itself is built, or what considerations I should have. My plan is the water tanks, and battery bank at the front of the camper (within the trucks wheelbase). while the outputs are intended to be at the passengers side rear.

The water tanks are going to be 4x 7 gallon Aqua Tainers. No external filler is needed as I will simply remove the tank, fill it, place the tank back in, OR run hose to tank, have my wife turn valve on, turn off when full, move to next tank...

Also looking at how to enclose things like propane tank, and the on demand water heater. I.E. how to I mount the heater in such a way as it is useful in camp, yet not intrusive en route? That brings me back to the concept of the quick connects...
