Top end of the line moved again

2" Fender flair's add up to 79"

Two days and two little router bits latter (Hinge supports)

Setting up and cutting that line .
This side my anderson plugs unplugged while cutting. (Good side)



Looking at the good side.



Second side slid on the floor while pulling the wire

Now I can forget it, and adjust as needed

Now I have traced the line from the side to the flat side on the top;
Try to figure it out? (Radius)
Or try & make a hot wire to cut it

I've found a flush cut saw useful for trimming foam flush with another surface. I always but a piece of cardboard on top of the piece I'm cutting flush to to protect it from the blade. Plus, it leaves a lip on the trimmed piece so I can sand it truly flush to the other piece.

Easier, and less risky than trying to hot wire it.
