when you built your doors for your trailer

was it simple or hard.

I have found it a frustration a solid 1" door is out and hallow door makes sence. But at this point I have no plans ans am doing it one screw at a time.

So what was you experiance with the doors on your rig.

I have to say that it wasn't too difficult, if taken one step at a time.

I also am using the Cubby plans from Kevin Hauser and they are for a hollowcore door, insulated with panel insulation.

simply stated 3/4" hardwood on the straight edges, 3/4" ply for the radius' and 1/4" ply on the skins

remember to add soild baking where you plan to locate latch
